1.2 Automatically Collected Information

(a) Location Information

Permissions Used:

  • ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION
  • ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION

We collect:

  • Precise GPS location (only when you tap “Use My Location” in the address screen)
  • Approximate location

Purpose: To automatically fill your delivery address and store delivery coordinates for accurate order delivery. You may choose not to allow location access and manually enter your delivery address.

Important:

  • We do not collect location in the background.
  • We do not continuously track your location.
  • We do not use location data for advertising or analytics.

(b) Internet & Network Information

Permission Used: INTERNET

We collect:

  • IP address (temporary, via server logs)
  • Network availability (online/offline status)

Purpose: App functionality, secure communication, and performance improvement.

(c) Device Information

Collected via standard Android APIs:

  • Device model
  • Operating system
  • App version

Purpose: Debugging, fraud prevention, and app optimization.

(d) Notification Token (FCM)

If notifications are enabled we collect the Firebase push token.

Purpose: Send order updates and delivery alerts. We do not share or sell notification tokens.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process and deliver orders
  • Provide customer support
  • Display products and offers
  • Detect delivery location
  • Improve app performance
  • Send order-related notifications
  • Ensure account security and prevent abuse

We never sell personal data.

We may retain and use transaction and order information as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, audit, and fraud prevention obligations, even after account deletion.

We only share information with:

  • Delivery agents (name, address, phone for delivery)

  • Firebase (notifications)

6. Data Retention

We keep your data:

  • As long as your account is active
  • As long as required for order history
  • As needed for legal or business obligations

You may request account deletion at any time from within the App. Account deletion requires identity verification and explicit user confirmation.

Once your account is deleted:

  • Your user account and login access are permanently removed
  • You are logged out from the App and can no longer access the deleted account

Order records, transaction data, invoices, and related information may be retained to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and regulatory obligations. Such records are no longer associated with an active user account.

7. Your Rights

You may:

  • Access your data
  • Update or correct information
  • Request and complete account deletion directly from within the App
  • Withdraw location or notification permissions

Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly from the App by navigating to: My Account → Account Settings → Delete Account.

To protect your account, deletion requires verification via a one-time password (OTP) and explicit confirmation acknowledging permanent deletion. Account deletion is irreversible once completed.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

9. Third-Party Links

The App may open external links (for example payment pages or partner websites). We are not responsible for third-party content or their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies when prompted.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page and within the App. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
