Welcome to Onlanekart. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, PWA, mobile apps and related services (collectively, “Services”). 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the app you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a contract. If you are under 18, please use the Services under parental/guardian supervision.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your OTP/login secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
  • We may temporarily restrict or block accounts showing suspicious or fraudulent activity to protect users.

3. Product Information

We aim to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, images and pricing. Slight variations may occur. Product availability depends on stock and supplier conditions, and we may update, modify or remove products without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Prices shown at checkout are final and include applicable taxes where displayed.
  • We may cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, unavailability, suspected fraud, or if delivery is not possible.
  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (if available).
  • Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways; we are not responsible for external gateway failures.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided in the app or on the website are estimates and may vary due to location, traffic, weather or operational constraints. We partner with third-party couriers and are not responsible for delays caused by them. Please ensure someone is available to receive deliveries at the provided address.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Our Return & Cancellation Policy governs returns and refunds. Generally:

  • Items should be returned in original, unused condition with packaging intact where applicable.
  • Eligibility for return varies by product category; some items (hygiene/safety sensitive) may be non-returnable.
  • Refunds, when approved, are credited to the original payment method after verification; processing times depend on the payment provider.

7. User Conduct

When using Onlanekart you agree not to:

  • Engage in fraud, impersonation, or unauthorized access;
  • Abuse discounts, referral codes, or promotional offers;
  • Upload harmful, illegal or misleading content;
  • Interfere with the app, servers, or security features;
  • Create multiple fake accounts or otherwise attempt to manipulate the service.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or service denial.

8. App Permissions

Our apps and PWA may request permissions to provide functionality (for example: Location to check delivery availability, Notifications for order updates, and Internet access). Permissions are requested only where needed and users can revoke them anytime via device settings.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, text, code and other content are the property of Onlanekart or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onlanekart is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any direct loss relating to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product involved. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party partners, payment processors or network providers.

11. Third-Party Services

We work with third-party service providers (payment gateways, SMS/OTP providers, logistics partners, analytics providers). While we choose reputable partners, we are not responsible for interruptions, delays or other issues caused by them.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to improve our services or to comply with legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest changes. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
