  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you may follow the return procedure instead.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all packaging intact.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.
  • Hygiene or perishable items may be non-returnable; check the product details before ordering.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless specified otherwise in product-specific terms.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Once approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

4. Processing Fees
