1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
- Cancellation requests can be made via the app or by contacting our support team at support@onlanekart.com.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you may follow the return procedure instead.
2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all packaging intact.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.
- Hygiene or perishable items may be non-returnable; check the product details before ordering.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless specified otherwise in product-specific terms.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Once approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
- Partial refunds may be issued in case of damaged or used items.
4. Processing Fees
- We do not charge cancellation fees if the order is canceled before dispatch.
- Shipping or handling charges may be deducted from the refund in case of returns initiated after delivery.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional codes.
- Products marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”.
- Downloaded digital products or services once accessed.
